Tuition and Payment Information

 Class Tuition

Classes at our studio are $300 for Spring or Fall Session for 1 class for 11 weeks. Toddler classes (3 to 5 years old) are $275. The semester can be broken into monthly payments of $100 a month for one class a week. Monthly payments are due the first of each month. Additional classes are a flat rate of $50 a class per session. We do offer a 10% discount for classes that are paid in full at Registration. We now offer a sibling discount of 15% off per sibling enrolled. There is a nonrefundable annual registration fee of $25 due on the day of Spring register. Registration Fee help cover our studios office fees for the year.

Recital Fees

Recitals happen two times a year. All dancers ages 3 and up are invited to perform. Recital fees are $125 per dancer which includes 1 costume (add-on classes will require another costume at $75 a costume), two tickets, and professional photos provided by our professional photographer throughout your child's showtime experience.

Classes are held weekly and tuition is divided into 3 monthly installment throughout the semester. 

***MONTHLY TUITION INSTALLMENTS***

  • NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE

  • SIBLING DISCOUNT: 15% off the Monthly Tuition of each additional sibling's class total.

  • PAID IN FULL DISCOUNT: 10% off total Tuition if paid in full at Registration

  • All prices are subject to change

  • Tuition is divided into monthly installments due on the first of each month 

    • February or September payment $100

    •  March or October payment $100

    • April or November payment $100

  • We do not prorate months that have closed days due to holidays or unforeseen closures.​

  • No refunds or adjustments are made due to absences. 

***PAYMENTS***

  • Forms of Payment- We accept Credit or Debit (3% fee), Cash, or Checks (all checks wrote to Ms. Kais Academy of Performing Arts) 

  • Due Dates- All payments are due on or before the first of each month (SEE BELOW) and are the responsibility of costumer to make sure payment is received before the due date. 

    • February or September payment $100

    •  March or October payment $100

    • April or November payment $100

  • Late Fee- Statements will be emailed out on the 1st of each month. Any payment not recieved by the 15th of the month will incur a 20% late fee. Accounts not paid by the 30th of the billing month will risk losing their enrollment in class. ​

***POLICY FOR DISCONTINUING ENROLLMENT***

  • Written notification of intent to drop classes must be emailed to mskaisapa@gmail.com by the last day of the month.

  • Once tuition is drafted on the 1st, it is non-refundable.

  • Verbal notification or lack of attendance does not provide sufficient notice of intent to drop.

***INJURY POLICY***

  • All tuition paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • In the event that your child sustains an injury that prevents them from participating (by doctor's orders) in their class at Ms. Kais Academy of Performing Arts for an extended period of time, you can either continue to pay tuition for the class in order to hold your child's spot, or you may request an "immediate Drop of Enrollment." There is no fee for the Immediate Drop.
