Service Description
This a class designed for adults of all skill levels to learn and practice basic gymnastics skills like handstands, cartwheels, bridges, tumbling, and more, focusing on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall fitness while adapting to each individual's ability level, with a focus on proper form and safe execution on various gymnastics apparatus like the balance beam, uneven bars, and vault, all while providing a fun and supportive environment for beginners to advanced gymnasts.

Cancellation Policy
All tuition paid is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that your child sustains an injury that prevents them from participating (by doctor's orders) in their class at Ms. Kais Academy of Performing Arts for an extended period of time, you can either continue to pay tuition for the class in order to hold your child's spot, or you may request an "immediate Drop of Enrollment."
