Step into the studio and rediscover your love for movement in this welcoming, upbeat Adult Ballet/Jazz combo class! Designed for all experience levels — from absolute beginners to those returning after time away — this class blends the grace and technique of ballet with the rhythm and energy of jazz. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and coordination through barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor combinations. The ballet portion focuses on alignment, posture, and controlled movement, while the jazz section brings in dynamic choreography, musicality, and expression. Whether you're here for fitness, fun, or to rekindle a passion for dance, this class offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to move and grow. Jazz shoes required. Adults will have the option to perform in our upcoming show. No experience necessary — just bring your enthusiasm!
