Cancellation Policy

Summer Day Camp Policy Ms. Kais Academy of Performing Arts & SLV Gymnastics Thank you for joining our Summer Day Camps! Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and positive environment for every child. Please review the following policies carefully. Registration & Payment Full payment is required to reserve your child’s spot in camp. Camp fees are non-refundable unless a camp is canceled by the facility. Space is limited and spots are filled on a first come, first served basis. Each student will need a release wavier filled out when they arrive Arrival & Pick-Up Camp begins and ends promptly at the scheduled times. Parents/guardians must sign campers in and out each day. Please notify staff if someone different will be picking up your child. What to Bring Packed lunch and water bottle Comfortable clothing and athletic shoes Any necessary medications clearly labeled Please do not bring valuable items, electronics, or toys from home unless requested for a themed day. Behavior Expectations To ensure a positive experience for all campers: Respect staff, campers, and equipment Follow instructions and safety rules Use kind and appropriate language Keep hands and feet to yourself Bullying, aggressive behavior, or repeated disruption may result in dismissal from camp without refund. Health & Safety Children who are sick or have a fever should remain home. Parents must provide emergency contact information and any allergy or medical details prior to camp. In case of emergency, staff will contact parents/guardians immediately. Activities Camp activities may include: Gymnastics Dance Ninja obstacle courses Games and competitions Crafts and themed activities Miniature golf and outdoor fun Activities may vary by camp theme and age group. Photo Release Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities for promotional and social media purposes unless written notice is provided by a parent/guardian. Liability Participation in camp activities involves physical activity. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation. We are excited to make this a fun and memorable summer for your child!
